SHIPPING POLICY

It's time to tuck your comfy DOCTORGOALS order and "cruise control" it to your doorstep. LET'S GO!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a unique tracking number. Unless otherwise stated, orders will ship approximately 3-5 days from the order date (this excludes pre-orders).

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and thus may arrive in multiple packages at different times. 

Please note, once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, DOCTORGOALS is not at fault for lost or stolen packages; packages sent to the wrong address; or for refunding or replacing orders in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Please contact the shipping carrier for further information. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange your order? No worries! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused or unworn condition with original packaging still intact.

To start a return, send an email to drtrot@doctorgoals.com and include the following info:

  • Your full name 
  • Order number
  • Purchase date (must be within 30 days)
  • Email address associated with the order

Items NOT eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Non-clothing items (i.e. stickers, downloadable products, etc.)
  • Items purchased during a pre-order
  • On sale/discounted items, final sale items, or items purchased with a gift card

If your DOCTORGOALS item is defective or has another issue, please submit claims to drtrot@doctorgoals.com. Please include your order number, name, description of the issue, and photos. Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
